• WELCOME TO DIRTBAGS®
				The Environment Agency says:
Pollution Prevention Guideline: PPG6 (Working at Construction and Demolition sites)
				8e. Dealing with silty water:

“Always ensure that adequate provision for dealing with silty water is included
in the site working plan. All discharges off the site will require approval. Where possible discharge to the foul sewer.
Discharges to streams, watercourses or soakaways must have the approval of the Agency, which should be obtained well
in advance. Suitable treatment will be required, which could involve the use of a settlement lagoon, tank or a grassed
					area”

In simple terms you need to remove the majority of suspended solids (gravel, sand, and silt) in your water
before discharging into a drain, sewer or watercourse.
Historically the industry has used settlement methods which can hugely restrict pumping speeds meaning slower
				water movement and site delays.
Dirtbags offer a quick, simple and very cost effective solution to the ongoing environmental site issue of
pumping and removing suspended solids from water on civil engineering & construction sites.
Dirtbags relies on filtration and not settlement so you are not reliant on annoyingly slow pumping speeds,
settlement times and expensive & time consuming tank emptying & cleaning.
“It does what it says on the Tin”
Non mechanical, simple, cost effective, easy to use, works on filtration not
settlement, no cleaning up required, bespoke to suit any site conditions and application, easy to order, overnight
				delivery.
